One. Agent should meet the following conditions:
1.1 The agent should be a corporate, with registered capital over 80 million RMB;
1.2 The agent should have a steady workplace and provide the copies of business certificate, Tax Registered Certificate, or relative authorized certificates, etc.
1.3 The agent should not deal with relative competitive products to our products.
1.4 The agent should be familiar with the product of our company and the relative market, with a good sales channel and net work.
1.5 The agent should have qualified sales ability, with over 3 million sales income.
1.6 The agent should be experienced in? big-medium project product, be able and experienced to install, repair and maintain the product.
1.7 The agent should be ready to cooperate to expand the market share to get more profit.

Three. Application
3.1 the company or unit that applying to be our agent, must fill in or get relative clerk from our company to fill in the sheet of ¡°Agreement on Cooperation of Agent for Application¡±. At the same time, mailed or faxed the copies of the following authoritative certificates or docs. To our department of Sales Channel Exploring Dept.( copies should bear the stamp): contemporary Business Certificate, Tax Registration Certificate, or relative authorized certificates that can show the credit, with sales income report of recent two years( attached annual audit report), Catalogue of the company, etc.??
3.2 Confirmed after the examination and survey, agent became valid after signing the Agreement for Agent;
3.3 In first year of agent, agent should pay the capital guarantee of 50,000 to 100,000. After 3-5 million¡¯s sales income, the guarantee can be repaid after confirmation by both sides

4.1 The agent can get the deals of our company¡¯s direct customer
4.2 the agent can get all our customers info in all industries in this district
4.3 The agent can get new customer new sales in return in this district
4.4 The agent can get training for the sales and advertisement in its district( expenses on the agent¡¯s side)
4.5 The agent can get relative valued product samples from our company;
4.6 The agent can get technique support for sales negotiation and after-sales service
Five. Support to Agent for the market
5.1 We provide all-around advertisements and internet promotion, and provide link to the web of the agent¡¯s on our company¡¯s web;
5.2 We provide the agent price sheet of the product, product ad. Items, and latest product info.
5.3 We provide product samples according to the application of the agent;
5.4 We support the promotion actions of the agent;
5.5 We provide sales training and technique training to relative staffs of the agent;
5.6 we hold product distribution seminar in the district of the agent
5.7 We provide all-around technique service and after-sales service.
